Identifying areas for improvement, holding brainstorming sessions, and coming up with fantastic ideas with the client is enjoyable. Seeing those same ideas have a significant impact on the bottom line and remarkably increase customer satisfaction is another level altogether. That's why I do it.

I'm a big fan of systematic analysis. Not overlooking anything, and finding the right levers to pull. My education in Physiotherapy and innovation taught me that. The various entrepreneurial and commercial roles afterwards only sharpened those qualities.

What makes me happy? Trying out new things. Bonus points if it's related to new technology.
