Customer service is my natural habitat. Over the years I have immersed myself in CX tools and methods. Thanks to my background as customer experience manager in different organisations, I have a good insight into the typical themes CX teams struggle with and the most efficient way to install a customer-oriented culture.
You will (almost) always see me with a smile . And I enjoy eating and drinking with my family or friends. Cooking relaxes me, and if it's been too long, nature calls me for a long walk.
